Mike Low Appointed as Chief Operating Officer, August Group of Companies

The August Group of Companies is pleased to announce the promotion of Mike Low to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective November 1, 2025.

Mike has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of August Group over the years, demonstrating exceptional leadership, operational insight, and a deep commitment to the company’s values and vision. His extensive experience across the Group’s various companies, coupled with his strategic mindset and ability to execute with precision, make him the ideal person to lead operations through the next stage of the Group’s development.

Effective November 1, all divisional Presidents (Business Leads), along with the Corporate Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Business Development, will report directly to Mike. In this role, he will oversee all operational aspects of the August Group, ensuring alignment across diverse business units, driving performance improvements, and supporting the continued growth of the Group’s portfolio of companies.
