Opened in 1983, Welco has become a leading source of business development, sourcing, transportation and logistics services.
Everest Services Centre Inc.
Mr. Lube Canada is the leading aftermarket automotive franchisor in Canada.
Everest Services Centre Inc. is the largest franchisee in the Mr. Lube Canada Group. Everest owns and manages 16 service locations located in British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec. August has been building this business for over a decade.
Silvastar USA Corp.
Silvastar USA Corp. is a distributor of milled and stained lumber and cement building products which include fascia, trim, siding, decking, patterns, and furring strips. All of our products are produced at the Nooksack plants in Bellingham and Ferndale Washington, and sold under
our SilvaStar trademark.
We pride ourselves on delivering our products on time and at a fair price, providing excellent customer service, environmentally friendly processes, and an industry-leading warranty.
The Nooksack Group
Acquired in 2012 with partner Doug Martin, Nooksack is a high value lumber remanufacturing business that operates out of two northern Washington-based facilities. The company produces a variety of interior and exterior products.
The Bellingham Washington property is located on a 30-acre site with a 100,000 square foot manufacturing plant. Along with complete remanufacturing capabilities, Nooksack has dry kilns, complete prime and staining facilities, and is capable of shipping by both truck and rail.
The Ferndale Washington property is located on a 15-acre site with a 40,000 square foot custom priming and staining plant.
Xylan Logistics
Xylan Logistics provides seamless logistics support to clients of all sizes and shapes. Third party logistics, including interactive supply chain solutions, program and project management solutions are all areas where we work to take the complexity out of ensuring that your product arrives on time and on budget.

All product is inspected for 100% compliance and traceability.
The company was founded in 1997 in St. Catharines Ontario and now has facilities in Montreal, Edmonton, and Vancouver. In 2012, the company acquired its largest Canadian competitor, and in 2015, Exocor opened a facility in Buffalo New York serving the entire Great Lakes region of the USA.
