August Corporate Partners Welcomes Steve Reynolds as Vice President of Business Development

August Corporate Partners is pleased to welcome Steve Reynolds to the newly created position of Vice President of Business Development for the August Group of Companies, effective Monday, May 5, 2025.

In this role, Steve will report jointly to Brad Johansen, President & CEO, and Mike Low, Executive Vice President, with a primary focus on the continued strategic growth of August Corporate Partners and its affiliated companies. He will work closely with the team of advisors, key partners, and division heads to develop and implement actionable growth strategies—particularly with an emphasis on non-organic opportunities. As this position is focused on expansion rather than day-to-day operations, all existing reporting structures will remain unchanged.

Steve is a seasoned executive with a diverse background spanning manufacturing, real estate, First Nations leadership, governance, and finance. He holds both a CPA designation and an MBA. Steve will be based out of ACP’s main office and will work in a hybrid capacity initially.
